I am ALL About Meeting Your Needs in Real Estate, but it's important for you to know about me to make sure I am a Great fit for you (& your family).

I am proud to lead the BEST Team with 37 years' experience in the New Home Construction and Real Estate industries.

In addition to my experience in Real Estate and being an Owner/Broker, I have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and a Masters in Organizational Management and am Certified as a Professional in Human Resources. I find this knowledge and experience helpful working with my clients and my Team on a daily basis.

I have extensive recruitment experience and utilize those skills to not only help my clients find the right home or property, but also  to meet their needs in making sure Sheridan and the surrounding areas (Sheridan and Johnson Counties) are a good match for this next chapter in their lives. . When working with my clients I also pay close attention to the needs of the entire family including spousal employment, schools, activities, hobbies/interests and opportunities in the area, that are important to my clients, to help them make good decisions that are right for them.

When working with my clients on selling their existing home/property I work hard to provide them with a good market analysis of the value of the property, discuss a game plan/marketing plan, that Best meets their needs/timeframes on selling their property and "take action" and implement the plan to give their property the greatest exposure and get it SOLD so they can make their next move in life.

My personal motto is to "Make it a GREAT Day!"  as I believe it is a Choice, so it might as well be GREAT! I work hard to be a Welcomed Call and Strive for Excellence in Customer Service and help my clients Make each day GREAT while working together Buying/Selling or BOTH!

My husband, Kevin and I have been together for over 35 years. We both were born and raised in Sheridan, WY, so Sheridan is truly "Home" to us and our wonderful sons, Colton and Carson, who we couldn't be prouder of academically, athletically, and just as good people in general. Family is the most important aspect of our lives and we give back in many ways through coaching, supporting and donating to local schools, programs, charities and activities.

I wasn’t born in Wyoming, but after living most of my life in Sheridan, I might as well have been. Growing up in Sheridan, I've learned how much pride and comfort locals in the area take in making it an unparalleled place to live. Through my parents’ involvement in real estate over the years, I've learned much and believe I can provide energy and enthusiasm to the field.

I first attended Big Horn High School where I had the opportunity to participate in a number of awesome activities such as football, basketball, and track, as well as contributing to several clubs which include a strong involvement in student council as student body co-president. Based on my own account, and those of the friends I've made from the surrounding schools in the area, I've learned that students have a chance to learn in an environment progressive to their learning needs with their safety in mind and opportunities that go beyond the classroom.

After graduating from Big Horn, I moved across the state border to Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Montana in hopes of continued education and a collegiate basketball career. I quickly realized how devoted I’d have to be in order to successfully balance the challenges of school and sports, and it was a challenge I sought to get better at every day. After two years and hip surgery, I decided that being in the state I grew up in was a good decision for me, and I transferred to the University of Wyoming.

When I wasn't in Sheridan, UW in Laramie is where I resided as I sought to complete my undergraduate degree. While completing my degree became my main goal, I found it important to follow in my parents’ footsteps and learn more about real estate. Experience with my Dad in new-home construction has allowed me to understand what goes into the house to make it a home for someone. Now I am following the lead of my mom, Jill Bates, in order to become an excellent realtor that can work hard for you. As of Spring 2021, I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
