Amanda Nelsen


Amanda was born and raised in Sheridan, Wyoming, and earned her Bachelor of Science from University of Wyoming.  Belonging to a family who is always building, renovating, buying & selling properties; her interest in real estate grew from a young age. She started drafting blueprints at her Uncle’s architect firm in Fort Collins, Colorado and further pursued her knowledge with a resort & land development company in Big Sky, Montana, and later, in property and casualty insurance.  She absolutely loves her roots and has recently returned to Sheridan.     

With an abundance of enthusiasm and over 12 years in Real Estate associated careers, she possesses the knowledge and skillset to provide her Clients top quality Real Estate services.  She is known to be a hard-working, detail oriented Professional.  She listens, is pleasant to work with and is committed to providing ideal results for her Clients. 

Amanda has always been a gracious with her spare time; volunteer opportunities in her recent past include operating the Madison Valley Ski Club, volunteer terms on the Board of Directors for the Ennis Chamber of Commerce & with her Home Owners’ Association.  She has been a member of the Madison Valley Woman’s Club for 7 years and a volunteer firefighter with the Madison Valley Rural Fire Department.  Now in Sheridan, she is enjoying spare time with her daughter, parents & sister’s family. Amanda loves to garden, cook and culture foods, hike, bike, ski & camp.
